Refund & Return Policy

Every box of delightfully useless digital goods is custom-generated just for you. That means once your order has been delivered, all sales are final.

That said, we're not heartless robots. If something goes wrong, we'll do our best to make it right.

When we refund or re-generate

  • Technical hiccup: File won't open, audio/video won't play, or the download link is broken.
  • Delivery failure: You never received the content, or delivery to the provided email failed and could not be completed on retry.
  • Clearly not what you ordered: The output materially fails to follow the order description (e.g., wrong name, wrong interest, or wrong content type).

In qualifying cases, you can choose a free re-generation or a partial refund (typically 50%) to cover our AI generation costs.

Refund method will match the original payment method when possible.

Timing

Refund or re-generation requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

What isn't refundable

  • “Meh, I don't like it.” unfortunately cannot be refunded. Each creation is one-of-a-kind, and part of the charm is its weird, sometimes unpredictable flavor.
  • Subjective preferences (style, tone, vibe) when the content matches the order details are not eligible.
  • Minor wording or stylistic variations. AI is still in its toddler years - which means text and likeness in images, audio script delivery, or song lyrics may come out a little wobbly.

How to request help

  1. Reply to your order email or contact us here.
  2. Briefly describe the issue and attach the file or screenshot if applicable.
  3. We'll review and offer a re-generation or partial refund if eligible.

For payments made via PayPal or Apple Pay, we'll process eligible refunds back to the original method when possible.
